# 匿名投票-方法一

### 1.點選網址：<https://365.niu.edu.tw>

### 2.登入office365帳號

### 3.點選9個點點圖示，再選擇Forms

### 4.點選新測驗旁的下拉選單，點選新增表單

### 5.輸入表單標題、說明，再點選+新增

### 6.選擇選項，輸入題目和選項，可將必答選項開關打開。

### 7.點選右上角三個點點圖示，再點選設定

### 8.誰可以填寫此表單，選擇"只有我組織中的人員可以回應"，勾選"一人回應一次"，回應選項處可設置投票開始與結束時間。

### :point\_right: 如果要請特定人員回應，請選擇  我組織中的特定人員  可以回應，並在 共用 處，輸入與選擇特定人員的365帳號，即可限定人員

### 沒有被加入特定人員裡，會顯示沒有檢視或回應此表單權限

### 9.點選共用，可下載QR-code，讓與會人員填寫，或複製網址提供給予會人員
